Hailey’s Wish strives to bring joy to the lives of children with disabilities by building and promoting accessible and inclusive play environments for all children. This goal is accomplished through fundraising initiatives and cooperative alliances with schools and community organizations. All funding from Hailey's Wish fundraising events is used to build inclusive community playgrounds.

Hailey’s Wish seeks to achieve three specific goals:

• Children of all abilities will be able to participate in playground activities that will aid in the development of their physical, emotional, linguistic, behavioral and cognitive skills.

• Provide all children, both with and without disabilities, with the opportunity to interact with each other in order to enhance their social skills.

• Children without disabilities will have the opportunity to interact with children who are affected by disabilities, allowing them to develop a comfort level in their communications and interactions with each other. This interaction encourages the development of relationships between all children regard of ability.
