Sue is the National Director of the Inclusive Fitness Initiative, based in the United Kingdom.  Since graduating from Loughborough University in PE and Sports Science, Sue has been heavily involved in the sport and leisure industry in the United Kingdom including teaching, organizing major sport events, project management and consultancy services.

Sue managed the delivery of the £10million Sport England Lottery funded Outdoor Basketball Initiative, a nationally networked programme providing access to basketball in the community across every local authority in England.

In 1998, Sue co-ordinated the Gary Jelen Sports Foundation research that confirmed the need for the Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) and has led the IFI management team based in Sheffield England for the past six years.  Sue is a company director of Montgomery Leisure Services, the Sheffield based consultancy appointed by the English Federation of Disability Sport Operating Company to manage and deliver the IFI programme on their behalf.

In her ‘spare time’ Sue plays hockey for Sheffield Hockey Club where she is Chairperson and she is also a Non-Executive Director of England Hockey, the national governing body for the sport.
